Easiest and Quickest Way to Make  Money Online

There are many ways to make money on the internet. You can create an e-commerce website, freelance your services, develop an authority website or blog, sell other people’s products (affiliate marketing), and the list goes on.   In this article I will share with you just one of the easiest ways to start generating an income online and all it takes is a little bit of writing skills and some  enthusiasm.

In addition to selling my own products on www.thechristianmeditator.com and selling other company’s products  to make money online, I also write reviews about products that I love and you can too. 

About six months ago I purchased a hair appliance that I thought was the bomb!  I have purchased other such appliances in the past with mediocre results, so when this product exceeded my expectations I wanted to tell others about it. So I did. I wrote about a 500 word product review telling just how great this hair appliance was and how I had struggled without it.  The article was written like a short story that included my problem and then how this product was my solution.

However, before I wrote the article I searched the internet to find out if I could make any money by referring people to the product’s website.  This is called affiliate marketing. It is when you make money selling other people’s stuff.   To find out, I went to the website that sales the product and scrolled to the bottom of the page looking for the words affiliates or affiliate program.  Fortunately, I found that this company had an affiliate program and paid 10% for any referrals who purchased from them. Since the product sales for $99.00, I make about $10 per sale.  That’s not much, but it adds up. Not to mention,  I have made over $100 on single transactions for other products.

Other ways to find out if the product has an affiliate program is to google the product name plus the words affiliate program and see what comes up.  You can also go to sites like Commission Junction, Shareasale, and Linkshare and do a search for the product.  The majority of products on the internet do have affiliate programs, so it shouldn’t be too difficult to find it and then sign up.

After you sign up for the affiliate program, you will be assigned a coded URL.  This coded URL or affiliate code links you to the product.  For example, if someone clicks on this code they will be taken to the product page and if they buy you will receive a commission.  I placed the affiliate link at the end of my article and in my article byline.  It read something like, to purchase or get more information about my hair product visit www.affiliatelinkcode.com. 

After writing your article you want to submit it to several article directories like ezinearticles or article base.  There are many to choose from. 

Now here is the tricky part. The problem is that most article directories won’t allow you to put affiliate links in the article or byline, but there are two ways around this.  First, can create a link directing readers to your website that contains the affiliate link or  you can purchase a domain name from a company like GoDaddy.com  and then have domain redirected to your affiliate link product page.  It’s really that simple.  Here is the process again in steps:

1. Find a great product
2. See if the product has an affiliate program
3. Write a 500 word review that contains a problem and solution
4. Make sure  review and heading contains good searchable keywords for your product
5. Add the review to your website or purchase an domain name
6. Submit review to several article directories
7. Include link in review either to article or domain name
8. If using domain name, make sure it redirects to affiliate link product page
9. Monitor progress, make changes, and write more reviews
